Contracts & General information
Tours last 2 or 3 hours, or longer on request.
The cost for a 2-hour guided tour is €180, and €270 for 3 hours, for small groups up to 8 people. For larger groups, please request a quote. Each additional hour costs €90.
Payments can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or credit card. A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation. Museum, church, palace, or terrace tickets are not included and must be purchased by guests on-site or in advance.
Transportation is not included. Guests may choose public or private transport. Private transport requires a quote. A daily public transport ticket costs €25 per person.

Cancellation Policy
In cases of force majeure (strikes, bad weather, floods), your guide will offer alternative or rescheduled tours. For other cancellations or changes, refunds are as follows:

7 days before the tour: full fee charged

No-shows: full fee charged unless otherwise agreed
