General information
The length of the tours will be 2, 3 hours or more on request.
The cost for a 2 hour guided tour is 160,00 € and for 3 hours 240,00 € for small groups of individuals and families up to 8 people. For bigger groups, ask please for a quotation. Any additional hour will be 80,00 €.
Payments can be made in the following ways: by PayPal, bank transfer or Sum-up.
A prepayment of 50% will be required upon confirmation.

Entrance fees to museums, churches and palaces, terraces are not included and are paid directly by guests on the spot.
Means of transport are not included. It depends on the guest whether to choose public or private. You need to ask for a quotation in that case. A one-day ticket with the public boat costs 25 Euro per person.

Cancellation policies
In case of force major (strikes, bad weather and floods) your guide will offer you suitable and substitute guided tours. For any other cancellation or changes, your guide will determine the refund due as follows:
- 15 days prior to the beginning of the tour, no money will be charged
- 07 days before the beginning of the tour, the full fee will be debited
- For no-shows your guide will charge you full price, if not otherwise communicated
